The WALTER-TITEX 7377498 is a jobber length drill bit engineered for high-performance drilling in demanding industrial applications. Built from solid carbide with a dual-layer AlTiN and TiSiAlCrN coating, it delivers exceptional hardness and heat resistance at the cutting edge. The 140-degree split point reduces thrust and prevents walking on entry. With an overall length of 91.00 mm and a flute length of 53.00 mm, this bit is suited for 5xD depth applications. It is installed by machinists, toolroom technicians, and CNC operators working in production or job shop environments.

This drill bit is designed for use in cast iron, non-ferrous metals, steel, superalloys, and titanium. It handles blind holes, cross holes, inclined hole exits, and stack drilling. The straight-cylindrical shank at 8.00 mm diameter seats securely in standard chucks and collets. Compatibility

Installation Notes
