At Voomi Supply LLC (“Voomi,” “us,” “we,” or “our”), we are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers, their businesses and visitors to our site. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how we collect, use, disclose and otherwise process personal information when you interact with us. By visiting and using our site, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of the information that you provide to us in accordance with this Policy, and agree to the Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated by reference.
This site and Voomi’s services are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13 through our services. If we become aware that we have received personal information from children under the age of 13, we will delete it in accordance with applicable law.
This site is not intended and orders are not able to be fulfilled for residents of or visitors from or located in countries that are subject to the General Data Protection Regulation.
From time to time, we may update this Policy and revise the date at the top of the Policy. If we materially change this Policy, we will notify you of the change(s) by posting a prior notice on our site with the updated version of the Policy. Your continued use of the site will be considered your agreement that your information may be used in accordance with the new Policy.

What Kind of Information Does Voomi Collect from Me?
In order to better serve our customers, Voomi collects information provided to us when you: create an account; place an order; apply for employment; contact us via customer service or other means; provide feedback; submit user generated content; participate in any research, surveys or promotions; subscribe for alerts or other messages; or opt-in to receive SMS communications.
We collect several types of information depending on the reason you contact Voomi. Some of the information we collect includes personal information, such as your name, mailing address, billing address, e-mail address, date of birth, telephone number and credit/debit card information (and other payment related information).
We may also collect information that is not personal or does not identify you, including demographic information and buying preferences that are associated with your personal information. You can elect not to provide certain information by not signing up for an account with us, but under those circumstances Voomi cannot guarantee that you will be able to take full advantage of our customer experience.
We also may receive and store certain types of information when you visit the site. Like many internet sites, this site uses "cookies" that gather certain information when you visit our site and/or review content Voomi provides. Cookies allow a system to recognize that device to provide information and ads that may be of interest to you. Our site uses cookies to track items you add to your shopping cart, including when you have abandoned your cart. How Does Voomi Use My Information?
Your information is important to Voomi. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties seeking to market products or services to you. We use and process, and as required share, the above categories of personal information for the following purposes:
To process your order, which may include validating, confirming, verifying, processing payment, scheduling delivery, tracking your order. It may also include creating an account, handling returns and refunds, and contacting you about your order or to service you as a customer;

How Does Voomi Communicate Via SMS?
We, and through our vendor partners, communicate via mobile text messages to customers who opt in to Voomi’s SMS program. Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. By opting in to our SMS program, you agree to receive text messages from Voomi including:
- Order confirmations and shipping notifications
- Abandoned cart reminders
- Promotional offers and discounts
- Marketing campaigns and product announcements
Message Frequency Message frequency varies depending on your activity and preferences. You may receive:
- Transactional messages as needed based on your orders
- Number of promotional messages may vary
- Abandoned cart reminders for up to 14 days after abandonment
- Additional messages during special promotions or sales events
Opt-Out Instructions You can opt-out of SMS messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to any text message

How Does Voomi Use Cookies and Tracking?
We, and vendors acting on our behalf, may use cookies, software development kits, pixels, and other types of online tracking technologies (collectively “Cookies”) on our site to collect and analyze information about your interactions with our site and business. We may use Cookies for several purposes, including storing information to support functionality; helping you access and navigate our site more efficiently; recognizing your login information and preferences, so that you do not need to enter the information each time you visit the site; analyzing your use of the site, including by collecting information about which pages you viewed or links you clicked and how you interacted with our content during your visit or over multiple visits; customizing your browsing experience by showing you information more likely to be relevant to you; delivering and customizing advertisements; and tracking advertising campaigns.

How Does Voomi Maintain Security?
We implement reasonable technical, organizational and administrative measures to help safeguard your information against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage. We use 256-bit encryption throughout our site to protect your information. Any information stored in your 'Account' is also fully encrypted as is any payment information including credit card or login data that you choose to store for future purchases. SMS opt-in data and phone numbers are protected with the same 256-bit encryption used throughout our site. While we make every effort to help ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of our systems, we cannot guarantee complete security of any information.

Categories of Personal Information We Collect, Use, and Disclose for Business Purposes. We collect the following categories of personal information, as described in greater detail in the this Policy:
