You may request a return from your 'My Account' page once your item has shipped. For items that have not yet shipped, please contact us.

Simply follow these steps to start the return process:

(1) Click on the 'My Account' link in the header

(2) Click on the order number that contains the item(s) you wish to return.

(3) Go to the bottom of the Order Details page to the Actions section; click on the link for 'Return'

(4) Complete the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and a Voomi Supply representative will review your request and contact you with your RMA number.
