Built to Series DC150-12-A1 specifications, it features a 140-degree split point and a TiNAl coating that extends tool life in high-temperature cutting conditions. The 3/16 inch (4.76 mm) diameter bit has a flute length of 3.268 inches (83 mm) and an overall length of 4.764 inches (121 mm), making it suited for deep-reach applications where standard-length bits fall short. With a 12xD flute-to-diameter ratio and coolant-through capability, it handles heat and chip evacuation in tight, deep bores. Cutting direction is right-hand. This tool is installed and operated by machinists, toolroom technicians, and precision fabricators.
This drill bit is engineered for blind holes, cross holes, inclined hole exits, and stack drilling applications.
