The VALUE COLLECTION 720-1259 is a single-end, square-profile end mill designed for material removal in milling operations across a range of ferrous and non-ferrous workpiece materials. Ground from M2 high speed steel and left bright/uncoated, it measures 1 inch in cutting diameter with a 4-inch length of cut and a 6.5-inch overall length. The 30-degree helix angle and 2-flute geometry support efficient chip evacuation and are well suited to slotting, peripheral milling, and profiling passes. This tool is sold individually and is appropriate for manual mills and CNC machining centers.

This end mill is intended for use on steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and aluminum and non-ferrous materials. The right-hand cut and right-hand spiral flute configuration is standard for conventional milling setups. The regular-length body and 1-inch shank diameter make it compatible with standard R8, CAT, BT, and similar toolholders sized for a 1-inch bore. Center-cutting capability allows plunge entry as well as lateral passes without a pre-drilled pilot hole.

Installation Notes
