The VALUE COLLECTION 182-6148 is a single-end corner rounding end mill designed to machine consistent convex radii on workpiece edges. Built from M2 high speed steel with a bright, uncoated finish, it features a 7/32-inch radius and cuts with a 7/8-inch mill diameter across four right-hand flutes. The 1/2-inch shank diameter provides solid tool holding in standard milling chucks and collets. This tool is installed and operated by machinists and toolroom professionals on manual knee mills and CNC machining centers. Its right-hand cutting and right-hand flute direction suit conventional and climb milling operations on ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
