The UNIWELD 91861 is a heat sink paste designed to protect temperature-sensitive components during brazing and soldering operations. Applied directly to surfaces adjacent to the work area, it absorbs and dissipates heat before it can damage rubber seals, plastic fittings, or other heat-sensitive materials. A built-in heat transfer color indicator changes the paste from dark blue to light blue as it absorbs heat, giving technicians a visual cue of thermal load during the repair. The compound is non-toxic, asbestos-free, odorless, and safe for skin contact. Cleanup requires nothing more than a cloth wipe or water rinse, and it leaves no staining residue.
