The TECHNIKS 41932 is a TG75 series collet nut designed to secure TG75 collets within compatible toolholders during CNC machining and manual milling operations. The collet nut threads onto the toolholder body and applies clamping force to hold the collet and cutting tool in position. It is a direct mechanical component in the tool clamping assembly and is typically replaced when threads show wear or when clamping torque cannot be maintained. Machinists and tool crib technicians handle installation and replacement as part of standard tooling maintenance.
The 41932 is suited for use in TG75 toolholding systems found in CNC machining centers and manual milling machines. The TG75 collet series is a larger-bore format designed for heavier-shank tooling applications. This collet nut is a per-unit replacement component and is compatible with the TG75 collet series toolholder interface.
Designed for use with TG75 collet series toolholders requiring a standard TG75 collet nut retention component.
Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist or tooling technician. Ensure the machine spindle is fully stopped and de-energized before removing or installing any toolholder components. Thread the collet nut onto the toolholder body by hand before applying a spanner wrench to reach the appropriate clamping torque per the toolholder manufacturer specification. Inspect collet nut threads regularly for wear and replace at the first sign of thread damage to prevent tool pullout.
