The SPECTROLINE GS-1/ECS is a prefilled, disposable fluorescent dye capsule designed for leak detection in air conditioning and refrigeration systems. Each capsule holds 0.5 ounces of fluorescent dye and treats systems with 15.1 ounces to 1.6 quarts of lubricant, 3 to 4.9 pounds of refrigerant, or up to 2-ton cooling capacity. The capsule connects via the low-pressure gauge port of a charged manifold and the system service port, using a bleed valve to inject dye into pressurized systems without the need to recover refrigerant first. Installation Notes
