SpecSeal ES100 is a latex-based gun grade elastomeric firestop sealant designed for construction joint applications. This product provides a flexible barrier against fire and smoke once cured. The ES100 sealant has been tested to accommodate up to twenty-five percent movement in dynamic joint conditions.
