The SOUTHWIRE HF134 is a 3/4-inch liquid-tight flexible conduit designed for electrical wiring applications that require moisture and environmental protection. This type of conduit is commonly used to connect electrical panels, equipment, and motors where rigid conduit is impractical due to vibration, movement, or tight routing conditions. The flexible construction allows bending around obstacles while the liquid-tight jacket shields conductors and fittings from water, oils, and other contaminants. Electricians rely on this product in commercial and industrial installations where conduit must transition to moving equipment or follow irregular paths.
This conduit is suited for use in wet, damp, and oily locations as defined by the National Electrical Code. Typical installations include HVAC equipment connections, pump motors, compressors, and other mechanical equipment where a secure, watertight wiring pathway is required. The 3/4-inch trade size accommodates a range of conductor configurations appropriate to its diameter class.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and standard-fit liquid-tight flexible conduit compatible with 3/4-inch liquid-tight fittings and connectors used in commercial and residential electrical installations.
Installation should be performed by a licensed electrician in accordance with the National Electrical Code and applicable local codes. De-energize all circuits before cutting, routing, or terminating conduit runs. Use the appropriate 3/4-inch liquid-tight fittings at both termination points to maintain the watertight integrity of the assembly. Avoid kinking or over-bending the conduit beyond its rated minimum bend radius during installation.
