Product Description
The Simpson Strong-Tie MTSM16 is designed to provide strong connections between trusses and masonry. This medium twist strap is suitable for use with both grout-filled CMU (GFCMU) and concrete. The strap features a two-inch bend section, which minimizes interference at the transition points.
- Load rated for both CMU and concrete.
- Made from sixteen-gauge steel with a zinc galvanization.
- Can be field bent to a forty-five-degree angle.

This strap does not require wrapping over the truss to maintain load capacity and is easy to install with hex-head Titen 2 screws.
