The RESIDEO ythx1200w7/u is a smart thermostat with an integrated Equipment Interface Module (EIM) designed for residential and light commercial HVAC applications. It features a 5 square inch capacitive touchscreen and supports up to 4 stages of heating and 2 stages of cooling for heat pump systems, or up to 3H/3C for conventional systems. Built-in radar occupancy sensing and Wi-Fi connectivity allow advanced scheduling through Time-Based or Smart Away programming. The unit also supports indoor air quality (IAQ) monitoring and is ENERGY STAR certified. Installation requires a hardwired 24 Vac power supply with a C-wire.
