The QMARK PG1118BA12 is a straight-walled, open-base polymer concrete underground pull box designed for below-grade electrical and utility service applications. Built from polymer concrete, this box delivers high compressive strength with a rated design load of 22,500 pounds and a test load of 33,750 pounds, making it suitable for installations subject to significant surface loads. The gray finish is standard for utility flush-mount applications. Stackable mounting allows multiple units to be combined for added depth when site conditions require it. Licensed electricians and utility contractors are the primary installers for this class of enclosure.
The PG1118BA12 is intended for underground service use in residential and commercial utility distribution systems. It serves as a pull point, splice chamber, or junction housing for buried electrical conduit runs. The open base design allows conduit entry from below without a fixed floor, accommodating flexible routing configurations. The PG Series cover type is compatible with Quazite PG-series lids. Interior nominal dimensions are approximately 11 inches by 18 inches with a 12-inch depth, fitting standard utility corridor layouts.

Installation of underground pull boxes should be performed by a licensed electrician or qualified utility contractor in accordance with the NEC and applicable local codes. Power down all circuits before accessing or making connections inside the enclosure. Ensure the excavation base is properly compacted and leveled before setting the box to maintain flush-grade alignment. When stacking units, confirm all sections are properly aligned and secured before backfilling.
