The PRO-SOURCE L3A-15 is a MIG welder wire liner designed to guide welding wire smoothly through a MIG gun cable assembly. Built for a 0.035 inch wire diameter and measuring 15 feet in overall length, this liner maintains consistent wire feed by reducing friction and preventing kinking inside the gun conduit. A properly fitted liner is critical to stable arc performance and reduced birdnesting at the drive rolls. Welding technicians and fabricators install this liner as a routine consumable replacement during scheduled gun maintenance or when wire feed irregularities are detected.
This liner is suited for use with Bernard and Tregaskiss MIG guns, making it a practical replacement part for shops and field welders running those gun platforms. At 15 feet, it accommodates standard-length gun assemblies used in light industrial, manufacturing, and fabrication environments. It is appropriate for both shop floor welding operations and maintenance welding applications where consistent wire feed reliability is required.
Designed for use with Bernard and Tregaskiss MIG guns. Fits gun assemblies accepting a 15 foot liner for 0.035 inch welding wire.
Wire liners are installed by qualified welding technicians as part of routine MIG gun maintenance. Before replacing the liner, disconnect the gun from the wire feeder and ensure the welder is powered off. Thread the new liner carefully through the gun conduit from the feeder end to avoid kinking, and trim to the correct length per the gun manufacturer's specification. Refer to the gun manufacturer's service documentation for proper liner seating and securing procedures.
