The PRO-LUBE AODD/15/BPS/N is a 1/2-inch air operated double diaphragm pump designed for reliable fluid transfer across demanding industrial environments. The pump moves up to 14.5 GPM and handles working pressures up to 100 psi, making it suitable for a wide range of liquids including particulate-laden fluids and waste oil. The polypropylene body and Santoprene diaphragms provide chemical resistance without requiring electric power to operate. Air consumption reaches a maximum of 14.7 CFM through a 1/4-inch air inlet. Licensed mechanics, industrial maintenance technicians, and fluid-handling professionals are the primary installers of this unit.
This pump is well suited for fluid transfer in industrial, automotive, chemical processing, oil and gas, and marine applications. It handles clean fluids as well as particulate-laden liquids, with a maximum solid particle size of 1/32 inch. The 1/2-inch female NPT inlet and outlet ports allow straightforward integration into existing piping systems. Its air-operated design eliminates the need for electrical connections at the point of use, which is a key advantage in wet or hazardous environments. The pump ships as a single unit with an instruction manual included.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-install double diaphragm pump for industrial, automotive, chemical processing, oil and gas, and marine fluid transfer systems requiring 1/2-inch NPT connections.
Installation should be performed by a qualified industrial or mechanical technician familiar with pneumatic pump systems. Shut off and depressurize the air supply line before connecting or disconnecting the pump. Verify that all NPT threaded connections are properly sealed with appropriate thread sealant rated for the fluid being transferred. Do not exceed the rated 100 psi working pressure or 140 degrees F fluid temperature during operation.
