The PIP 17-SD200/L is a lightweight cut-resistant glove constructed from 100% spun Dyneema fiber knitted at a 13-gauge weave. Dyneema is a high-strength polyethylene fiber known for excellent cut resistance at minimal weight and thickness, making this glove well-suited for tasks where dexterity and tactile sensitivity matter alongside hand protection. The 13-gauge construction delivers a fine, close-knit structure that conforms to the hand without bulkiness. These gloves are sized Large and sold by the dozen, with a minimum order quantity of 6 dozen per case.
This glove is designed for trade and industrial workers who handle sharp materials, sheet metal, glass, parts finishing, or light assembly work. The lightweight profile makes it appropriate for extended wear during repetitive tasks. It is commonly used in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general mechanical trades where handling sheet metal edges, copper pipe, conduit, or sharp components is routine. The glove fits where cut protection is needed but heavy-duty gauntlet-style gloves would reduce grip or precision.
Designed as a general-purpose cut-resistant glove for trade professionals handling sharp-edged materials in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and light mechanical applications.
Inspect gloves prior to each use for visible wear, cuts, or thinning in the knit that could compromise protection. Replace gloves when the knit shows signs of damage or degradation. Follow your employer or jobsite PPE program guidelines for appropriate glove selection based on the specific cut hazard level of the task.
