Pendaflex PFX59203 Hanging Box File Folder Letter 25pk

Product Description

The PENDAFLEX PFX59203 is a hanging box file folder engineered for letter-size documents requiring up to 3 inches of expansion capacity. Built with SureHook technology, the longer plastic hooks and integrated tension springs keep folders seated securely on hanging rails while still sliding smoothly during retrieval. Tear-resistant closed sides protect contents from damage during heavy use. Reinforced poly strips along the top edges and a pressboard bottom insert add structural rigidity, making this folder a reliable choice for organizing thick reports, bulky project files, catalogs, and bound literature. Licensed tradespeople and office facilities managers both rely on this format for high-density filing applications.

This folder is designed for standard letter-size documents and fits drawer-style filing cabinets and portable file boxes equipped with hanging rails. The 3-inch expansion depth accommodates substantial document loads without losing shape. Clear tabs with blank white printer-ready inserts allow fast customized labeling. Sold in a box of 25 folders, making it practical for outfitting entire filing systems or stocking supply rooms in commercial and institutional environments.

Installation Notes

Hang folders by seating the SureHook hooks firmly onto the filing rail before loading documents. Distribute weight evenly across the folder to maintain expansion shape over time. Avoid overloading beyond the 3-inch rated capacity, as exceeding this limit may stress the hooks or distort the pressboard bottom. No tools are required for installation or removal.
