Pendaflex PFX421013YEL Interior File Folders Yellow 100

Product Description

The PENDAFLEX PFX421013YEL is a letter-size interior file folder designed to work inside standard hanging folders. Cut slightly shorter than a full-height folder, it sits below the hanging folder tabs so nothing gets obscured and labels stay readable at a glance. The yellow stock color gives filing systems a fast visual cue, reducing the chance of misfiling papers in busy office environments. Each box contains 100 folders with a 3-tab cut, giving organizers flexibility when setting up file sequences. Suitable for general document storage, paper transfer from desk to file drawer, and category separation within a hanging folder system.

These folders fit letter-size hanging folders and are well suited for office file rooms, reception areas, administrative workstations, and home offices. The reduced height is the key dimensional feature — it keeps the hanging folder tab visible from above, which matters in high-volume filing setups where speed and accuracy are both priorities. The 3-tab configuration allows a staggered-tab arrangement across multiple folders in the same drawer, making it easy to build a clean, readable filing sequence without tabs stacking up in the same position.

Installation Notes

No tools are required to set up these folders. Drop them inside any letter-size hanging folder already suspended in a file drawer rail system. Label each tab before loading documents to maintain a consistent filing order. Avoid overfilling individual folders, as overloaded interior folders can cause hanging folders to sag and obscure drawer labels.
