The PENDAFLEX PFX23214 is a pressboard classification folder built for high-volume document organization in filing-intensive environments. Constructed from 25 point pressboard with a 17 point Kraft divider, this folder is designed to hold, separate, and protect related documents within a single unit. The full end-tab design supports shelf filing systems. Fasteners at positions 1 and 3 offer 2 inch capacity each, while an additional 1 inch capacity fastener sits on the divider at position 1. Tape-reinforced 2 inch gussets resist ripping and tearing under heavy load. Sold in a box of 10.
Intended for letter size documents, this classification folder suits legal offices, medical practices, government agencies, and any organization that groups related records into subdivided sets. The built-in divider creates two distinct sections within one folder, reducing the need for multiple separate folders per case or file. The end-tab configuration makes it compatible with lateral and open-shelf filing systems where tab visibility from the side is required. It is commonly used by records managers, paralegals, administrative staff, and file clerks working in high-density filing environments.
Designed for letter size documents and compatible with standard open-shelf and lateral filing systems that use end-tab classification folders.
No tools are required to set up this folder. Insert fastener prongs through document holes and fold flat to secure pages in the appropriate section. When loading documents, distribute weight evenly across both sections to prevent gusset stress. Store upright on a shelf to maintain folder shape and tab visibility.
