The OSG VG441-1003 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling operations in production and job-shop environments. Built on OSG's VG441 series platform, it features a 1-inch cutting diameter, a 3-inch length of cut, and a 6-inch overall length with a 1-inch straight shank. The micrograin carbide substrate provides hardness and wear resistance suitable for demanding milling applications. A TiAlN coating helps the tool handle elevated cutting temperatures, extending tool life in ferrous and hard materials. The 35-degree helix angle promotes chip evacuation and reduces cutting forces across the full length of cut.
