The OSG HP441-2362 is a 4-flute, solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling in demanding machining environments. Part of the HP441 series, it features a TiAlN coating that improves heat resistance and tool life at elevated cutting speeds. The 6 mm cutting diameter and 19 mm length of cut make it well-suited for slotting, profiling, and peripheral milling in ferrous and hardened materials. A 35-degree helix angle promotes smooth chip evacuation and reduced cutting forces. This tool is installed by machinists and CNC operators working in job shops, aerospace, mold and die, and general manufacturing.

This end mill is used in vertical and horizontal machining centers as well as CNC mills capable of holding a 6 mm shank. It is suited for finish and semi-finish milling passes in steel, stainless steel, and high-temperature alloys where TiAlN coating provides an advantage over uncoated or TiN-coated tools.
