The OSG HP419-0197 is a single-end ball end mill from the Hy-Pro-Carb HP419 series, engineered for high-performance milling in demanding materials. Built from submicron-grade solid carbide and coated with TiAlN via a PVD process, this tool handles both roughing and finishing operations. It features a 0.50 mm cutting diameter, 0.50 mm length of cut, a 0.25 mm nose radius, and a 30-degree medium helix angle with right-hand cutting and flute direction. The 6.00 mm straight-cylindrical shank and extended-reach geometry make it well suited for deep-cavity and micro-detail work where rigidity and precision matter.

This end mill is designed for machining steel, cast iron, and hardened materials, corresponding to ISO material groups P, K, and H. Its extended-length configuration and 2.50 mm reach length allow access to features that standard-length tools cannot reach.
