The OSG HP255-2047 is a solid carbide jobber-length drill bit engineered for high-performance drilling in ferrous materials. It carries a 5.2 mm diameter, a 140-degree R-thinned point, and an overall length of 82 mm with a 44 mm flute length. The WD1 coating improves wear resistance and heat dissipation during extended production runs. The straight-cylindrical shank measures 6.0 mm in diameter and seats securely in standard drill chucks and collet holders. A regular spiral flute with tapered web geometry promotes efficient chip evacuation in blind-hole and through-hole applications.
