The OSG 4200000411 is a solid carbide helical flute thread mill designed to cut 1/2-14 NPT internal threads in a single helical interpolation pass. With 4 right-hand flutes and an EXO coating, it delivers consistent thread form and extended tool life in production and job-shop environments. The 0.575-inch cutting diameter and 0.787-inch length of cut suit through and blind-hole NPT thread applications. Overall length is 4.0 inches with a 0.625-inch shank diameter.
