The OSG 1410100900 is a bottoming-style thread forming tap designed for M2.5x0.45 Metric Coarse applications. Unlike cutting taps, thread forming taps displace material rather than remove chips, producing stronger, work-hardened threads with no swarf to clear from the hole.
