    We never received this item and they have terrible customer service!!

    If I could give negative stars, I would. I ordered this item over 2 weeks ago. I have called customer service multiple times because the shipping number received was not valid. They keep saying it was already shipped out so they can’t cancel the order, but it still has not been received and shipping info has not been updated for a week. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!
