The LIFT-ALL EN240X12 is an endless polyester round sling designed for heavy-duty lifting applications in industrial, construction, and rigging environments. Measuring 12 feet in length and 2.625 inches wide with a 1.75-inch diameter core, this sling carries a vertical lift capacity of 21,200 pounds and a basket lift capacity of 106,000 pounds. The blue polyester cover is abrasion-resistant and rated for use at temperatures up to 200 degrees F. Riggers, ironworkers, and crane operators use this sling for load securement where a soft, non-marring contact point is required around the load.

This round sling is suited for both residential and commercial construction sites, manufacturing facilities, and any job site requiring OSHA- and ASME B30.9-compliant overhead lifting gear. Installation Notes

Inspection and rigging of this sling should be performed by a qualified rigger in accordance with ASME B30.9 and applicable OSHA standards. Never exceed the rated capacity for the hitch configuration in use, and ensure the hitch angle is accounted for when calculating effective load capacity. De-energize and lockout any mechanical lifting equipment before attaching or removing the sling.
