The LIFT-ALL EN1802DX3 is a single-ply endless polyester web sling rated for vertical lifting in industrial and rigging applications. Measuring 2 inches wide and 3 feet long, this sling carries a vertical capacity of 6,400 pounds and a choker capacity of 5,000 pounds. Constructed from abrasion-resistant polyester, it handles loads in environments where a flexible, lightweight synthetic sling is required. The endless loop design and twisted eye configuration make it compatible with a range of hooks, shackles, and lifting fixtures. Riggers, millwrights, and general contractors working in manufacturing, construction, and material handling rely on this style of sling for repetitive lift cycles.
This sling is suited for single-leg vertical and choker hitch configurations in both shop and field environments. Its yellow polyester construction allows for visual inspection during routine load checks. The 3-foot working length is appropriate for short, tight lifts where a longer sling would introduce unnecessary slack or geometry issues. Rated for use at temperatures up to 200 degrees F, it performs in standard industrial heat conditions without degradation of rated capacity.
Designed for use as a single-leg endless web sling in standard vertical and choker hitch rigging setups where a 2-inch-wide, 3-foot polyester sling meets the required load and geometry specifications.
Rigging hardware and sling installation should be performed by a qualified rigger in accordance with OSHA 1910.184 and ASME B30.9. Inspect the sling for cuts, abrasion, chemical damage, and heat exposure before each use. Never exceed the rated capacity for the hitch type in use, and ensure the load angle factor is applied when working in basket or choker hitch configurations. Remove from service immediately if the sling shows signs of damage or capacity tag loss.
