The LIFT-ALL EN1801DX3 is a Type 5 endless polyester web sling designed for overhead lifting and rigging applications. Measuring 1 inch wide and 3 feet long, it carries a vertical capacity of 3,200 pounds (1.60 tons) and a choker capacity of 2,500 pounds. Constructed from abrasion-resistant polyester, the sling resists wear during repeated use on loads with smooth to moderately rough surfaces. The single-ply construction keeps weight minimal at 0.4 pounds, making it easy to handle in tight quarters. Riggers, millwrights, and material handling crews install this type of sling where a lightweight, continuous-loop configuration is required.

Installation Notes

Overhead rigging must be performed by a qualified rigger in accordance with OSHA 1910.184, ASME B30.9, and applicable WSTDA guidelines. Inspect the sling for cuts, abrasion, UV degradation, or discoloration before each lift and remove from service immediately if damage is found. Never exceed the rated capacity for the hitch type in use, and never use a sling on loads with sharp edges without adequate corner protection. Discard and replace the sling if the load capacity tag is missing or illegible.
