The LIFT-ALL EN1602DX3 is a Type 5 endless polyester web sling rated for vertical and basket lifts up to 9,600 pounds and choker configurations up to 3,800 pounds. Constructed from a single-ply polyester weave, this sling measures 2 inches wide and 3 feet long, making it well suited for compact rigging applications where a lightweight, damage-resistant sling is required. The yellow color coding provides at-a-glance capacity identification on the job site. Abrasion-resistant construction helps extend service life in demanding lifting environments. Riggers and material handlers in industrial, construction, and manufacturing settings rely on this sling for routine and repetitive lift cycles.
The EN1602DX3 is designed for use in general rigging applications across industrial plants, warehouses, fabrication shops, and construction sites. Its endless loop configuration eliminates hardware hooks at the terminations, reducing wear points on delicate or finished surfaces. The 2-inch width distributes load contact across a broader surface area compared to narrower slings, helping protect the load during lifts. Rated for use up to 200 degrees F, it is suitable for most standard ambient-temperature industrial environments. This sling is installed and used by qualified riggers following applicable lift plans and rigging standards.
Designed as a standard Type 5 endless web sling compatible with overhead lifting hardware, hooks, and lifting beams sized to accept a 2-inch wide flat sling body in vertical, basket, or choker hitch configurations.
Installation and use must be performed by a qualified rigger in accordance with OSHA 1910.184 and ASME B30.9. Inspect the sling before each use for cuts, burns, chemical damage, or excessive wear and remove from service immediately if any defects are found. Never exceed the rated capacity for the hitch type being used, and ensure the sling is properly seated in the hook or lifting device before applying the load. Do not use this sling in contact with sharp edges without appropriate edge protection.
