The LIFT-ALL EE2804DTX4 is a two-ply polyester web sling configured in an eye-and-eye (twisted) arrangement for single-leg lifting applications. Measuring 4 inches wide and 4 feet long, it carries a vertical capacity of 23,000 pounds and a choker capacity of 9,200 pounds. Twisted and tapered eyes on both ends seat securely on hooks and rigging hardware. The yellow polyester webbing resists abrasion and holds up to a maximum working temperature of 200 degrees F. Riggers, millwrights, and general industry lifting crews use this sling for standard overhead lifts where a soft sling is preferred over chain or wire rope.
This sling is suited for single-leg vertical and choker hitch configurations in industrial, manufacturing, and construction environments. The twisted eye design allows the sling to self-equalize slightly on the hook and provides a secure, low-profile connection point. At 4 feet in length, it is appropriate for short-reach lifts where a compact, controllable sling is needed. The polyester material makes it a good choice for loads sensitive to marring or where contact with certain chemicals or moisture is a factor.
Designed as a standard eye-and-eye polyester web sling for single-leg overhead lifting applications in general industry, construction, and rigging operations where OSHA 1910.184 and ASME B30.9 compliant slings are required.
Rigging and lifting operations should be performed by qualified personnel following ASME B30.9 and applicable OSHA regulations. Inspect the sling before each use for cuts, abrasion, UV degradation, chemical damage, or distorted eyes and remove from service if any defects are found. Never exceed the rated capacity for the hitch type in use, and ensure hook and hardware contact points are seated properly in the eye to prevent point loading. Do not expose this sling to temperatures above 200 degrees F or to acids, bleaches, or other chemicals that degrade polyester webbing.
