The LIFT-ALL EE1602DFX6 is a flat eye-and-eye polyester web sling rated for demanding rigging applications in industrial, construction, and material handling environments. Measuring 2 inches wide and 6 feet long, this single-ply sling carries a vertical capacity of 2,400 pounds, a choker capacity of 1,900 pounds, and a basket capacity of 4,800 pounds. Built from polyester webbing with flat eye terminations on both ends, it resists abrasion during use and maintains rated load capacity up to a maximum temperature of 200 degrees F. Riggers, millwrights, and general contractors rely on this style of sling for everyday lifting tasks.
This sling is suited for single-leg vertical lifts, choker hitches, and basket hitches on loads that require a soft, non-marring contact surface. Polyester web slings are commonly used in manufacturing facilities, warehouses, steel service centers, and on job sites where protecting finished or machined surfaces from damage is a priority. The yellow color provides easy visual identification during pre-use inspection, which is required before each lift. This is a single-ply, single-leg configuration appropriate for a wide range of medium-duty lifting scenarios.
Designed as a standard flat eye-and-eye Type 3 polyester web sling suitable for use with hooks, shackles, and lifting hardware that accommodate flat eye terminations in general industrial rigging applications.
Rigging and lifting operations involving web slings must be performed by qualified personnel in accordance with OSHA 1910.184 and ASME B30.9. Inspect the sling for cuts, abrasion, UV degradation, chemical damage, and distorted fittings before each use — remove from service immediately if any defect is found. Never exceed the rated load capacity for the hitch configuration being used, and avoid sharp edges or corners that could cut the webbing without protective padding in place. Ensure all lifting hardware is properly rated and seated before the lift begins.
