The LEGRIS 3626 10 00 is a push-to-connect plug fitting designed to cap or terminate a pneumatic or fluid line without tools. Constructed from nickel-plated brass, it accepts a 10 mm outside-diameter tube and holds a maximum working pressure of 435 psi. The fitting seals against both liquid and gas media, with an FKM o-ring providing reliable sealing across a wide temperature range of -4 degrees F to 302 degrees F. Its push-in design allows fast, repeatable installation in tight spaces where wrenches cannot reach. Plumbers, HVAC technicians, and industrial fluid-system installers use this fitting to decommission branch lines or seal off unused ports during service or system modification.
This plug fitting is suited for residential and light commercial pneumatic systems, compressed-air distribution lines, hydraulic branch circuits operating within the rated pressure, and process fluid plumbing where a clean, removable termination is needed. Its compliance with RoHS, ATEX, PED, REACH, FDA 21 CFR, and ISO 14743 standards makes it appropriate for food-grade, hazardous-location, and pressure-equipment-directive applications across a broad range of industries.
Designed for use with liquid and gas lines utilizing 10 mm outside-diameter tubing in push-to-connect pneumatic or fluid distribution systems.
This fitting is installed by licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, or qualified industrial pipefitters working on pneumatic or fluid systems. Before installation or removal, depressurize the line completely and confirm the system is isolated from its supply source. Ensure the tube end is cut cleanly and squarely with no burrs before insertion into the push-to-connect socket. Consult applicable codes such as the IPC or IFGC and the fitting manufacturer guidelines to confirm suitability for the specific media and pressure conditions at the job site.
