The LEGRIS 3192 10 21 is a push-to-connect female elbow tube fitting designed for pneumatic and fluid line connections in industrial and mechanical systems. The body combines glass-reinforced nylon with nickel-plated brass internals, giving it solid resistance to pressure and temperature cycling. It connects tubing with a 10 mm outside diameter to a 1/2 inch BSPP female thread port. The fitting handles up to 290 psi working pressure and operates across a temperature range of -4 degrees F to 175 degrees F. A nitrile O-ring provides the primary sealing element. Plumbers, pipefitters, and pneumatic system technicians install this fitting in compressed air, water, and compatible fluid distribution lines.
This elbow fitting is suited for installations where a 90-degree direction change is needed between a tubing run and a threaded port. It is commonly used in industrial automation panels, pneumatic control circuits, and mechanical equipment with BSPP-threaded manifolds or valve bodies. The push-to-connect design allows fast tube insertion and release without additional tools for tube engagement, speeding up assembly and service work. The glass-reinforced nylon body keeps weight low while maintaining structural integrity under sustained line pressure.
Designed as an OEM-style push-to-connect elbow fitting for pneumatic and fluid systems using 10 mm OD tubing and 1/2 inch BSPP female-threaded ports.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pipefitter, pneumatic technician, or mechanical contractor. Depressurize and isolate the line completely before removing any existing fitting or inserting this one. Verify that the mating port thread is BSPP and that tubing OD is exactly 10 mm before insertion, as mismatched tubing diameter will compromise the push-to-connect collet seal. Inspect the nitrile O-ring for damage before assembly and confirm the tube is fully seated before returning the line to service pressure.
