The insert is coated with AlTiN (aluminum titanium nitride) and manufactured to the KCU10B grade, providing strong wear resistance and thermal stability at elevated cutting speeds. The LF chip breaker geometry controls chip flow during turning operations. Two cutting edges are available per insert. This insert is installed by CNC machinists and tool-and-die technicians working with ferrous and non-ferrous workpiece materials.

Installation Notes
