The KENNAMETAL 7070649 is a solid carbide micro drill bit designed for high-precision drilling in demanding industrial applications. Measuring 1.60 mm (0.0630 inches) in diameter with a 139-degree drill point angle, this bit delivers accurate entry geometry for tight-tolerance holes. A multi-layer TiAlCrN, TiAlCrSiN, and TiSiN coating system provides heat resistance and extended tool life when cutting through hardened steels, stainless, and other difficult materials. The 57.00 mm overall length and 4.00 mm straight-cylindrical shank make it compatible with standard precision toolholders used in CNC machining centers and drill presses.
