The KENNAMETAL 7002468 is a solid carbide replaceable drill tip designed for use with KTFST-series modular drill bodies. It carries a cutting diameter of 15/16 inch (0.9374 inch / 23.81 mm) and a 140-degree drill point angle suited for general-purpose and interrupted-cut drilling operations. The tip is manufactured from fine-grain solid carbide in grade KC7325 and features a dual-layer TiAlN/TiN PVD coating for thermal resistance and extended tool life. A through-coolant design delivers cutting fluid directly to the cutting edge, supporting chip evacuation and heat control in deep-hole applications. Insert seat size is ZB.
