The KENNAMETAL 4032307 is a solid carbide ball end mill from the GOmill UEBE series, designed for high-performance milling in demanding shop and production environments. It features a 5.00 mm (0.1969 inch) mill diameter with a 2.50 mm nose radius, three flutes with variable index spacing, and a 38-degree medium helix angle. The AlTiN PVD coating provides thermal resistance and extended tool life when cutting hard and abrasive materials. The short-style shank design reduces carbide usage while maintaining rigidity. Center-cutting geometry enables plunging and ramping operations. This tool is installed and operated by machinists and CNC tooling professionals in job shop and production machining settings.
The 4032307 is suited for milling steel, stainless steel, cast iron, high-temperature alloys, and hardened materials. The short overall length of 38.00 mm and 8.00 mm length of cut provide extremely stable cutting conditions, making this end mill appropriate for both roughing and finishing passes. The fine grain carbide substrate and unequal flute spacing reduce chatter and vibration during aggressive cuts. This tool is not recommended for reconditioning after wear.
Designed for use in standard straight-cylindrical 6.00 mm shank collets and tool holders on CNC machining centers and milling machines. Primary workpiece material codes P, M, K, S, and H cover steel, stainless steel, cast iron, high-temperature alloys, and hardened materials respectively.
Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist or CNC tooling technician. Ensure the machine spindle is fully stopped and the tool changer or collet is disengaged before inserting or removing the end mill. Seat the 6.00 mm straight-cylindrical shank fully within the collet to the depth specified by the tool holder manufacturer, observing shank diameter tolerance of +0.000/-0.008 mm for proper fit. This tool is not recommended for reconditioning; replace at end of useful life.
