This driver is part of the ChamDrill series accessory line and is used by machinists and toolroom technicians to secure indexable inserts in place during setup and changeover. The tool is sized specifically for T25 Torx fasteners and is compatible with the SR M5X15 TORX 25 cap screw and XOGX 090700-45DT inserts, making it a direct-fit service tool for ChamDrill drilling systems. At 0.044 pounds, it is a compact hand tool suited for bench and machine-side use.
This driver is intended for use with ISCAR ChamDrill indexable drill toolholders in metalworking and machining applications. It is used during insert indexing and replacement procedures on drilling operations in both job-shop and production environments. Compatible toolholder styles include BCM, CDP D-M, HCE, HCM D20, HCM D25, HCM-M, HCM-MM, RING DCM, and TS HCM. Technicians performing routine insert changes on ChamDrill platforms will use this driver as the designated tightening and loosening tool for the retention cap screw.
Compatible with ISCAR ChamDrill series indexable drilling toolholders in the following styles: BCM, CDP D-M, HCE, HCM D20, HCM D25, HCM-M, HCM-MM, RING DCM, and TS HCM. Designed for use with the SR M5X15 TORX 25 cap screw and XOGX 090700-45DT insert. Insert inscribed circle is 23/64 inch.
This driver is used by machinists and tooling technicians during indexable insert changes on ChamDrill drilling tools. Before changing inserts, ensure the drill is removed from the spindle and the machine is powered down or locked out per facility LOTO procedures. Use this driver to loosen the cap screw, index or replace the insert, and re-torque the screw per the toolholder manufacturer guidelines. Do not use impact tools or substitute drivers of a different drive size, as doing so can damage the cap screw head or the toolholder pocket.
