The ISCAR 6404113 is a solid carbide grooving insert carrying the manufacturer grade IC808 and insert style designation GIP270010P. The insert features a 2.7 mm (0.1063 inch) cutting width and a maximum depth of cut of 13 mm (0.512 inch), making it well suited for medium-depth grooving on a wide range of workpiece materials. A PVD-applied multi-layer coating combining AlTiN, TiAlN, and TiN provides heat resistance and wear protection across demanding cutting conditions.
