The ISCAR 6403794 is a solid carbide chamfering boring bar designed for small-bore internal chamfering operations on CNC lathes and machining centers. With a minimum bore diameter of 0.0394 inches and a maximum bore depth of 0.1772 inches, this bar is built for tight, precise work in miniature and small-diameter bores. The right-hand cutting direction suits standard spindle configurations. A TiCN and TiN finish coating over the IC228 carbide grade provides wear resistance and extended tool life in a range of ferrous and non-ferrous workpiece materials. A corner radius of 0.002 inches supports sharp, controlled chamfer geometry.
