This right-hand insert carries the HFPR4020 insert style with a 4 mm cutting width and a maximum depth of cut of 2 mm. The IC8250 grade features a PVD-applied Al2O3 coating that improves wear resistance and edge stability during interrupted or continuous cuts. A full corner radius of 2 mm and a positive rake angle of 7 degrees reduce cutting forces and minimize workpiece deflection.
