Product Description

The ISCAR 6093335 is a solid carbide cutoff and grooving insert using the PENTA24N300PF020 geometry in the IC908 manufacturer grade. It features a 3 mm (0.118 inch) cutting width, a 0-degree neutral lead angle, and a PF chipbreaker profile designed to manage chip flow in demanding parting and grooving operations. The insert is held in place by a screw-clamp method and carries a PVD coating applied over a submicron solid carbide substrate. A 0.20 mm corner radius and a 7-degree relief angle round out the key cutting geometry. This insert is installed and replaced by machinists and CNC tooling technicians on lathes and turning centers.
