The ISCAR 5507759 is a CNMG643GN-geometry turning insert manufactured from solid carbide and finished with a multilayer CVD coating of TiCN, Al2O3, and TiN. The IC8350 grade is engineered for demanding metal-cutting operations where wear resistance and thermal stability are critical. The insert measures 19.3 mm (0.76 inches) in length with a 3/4-inch inscribed circle and a 3/64-inch (0.0469-inch) corner radius. The 80-degree diamond shape and GN chip breaker geometry work together to control chip flow and reduce cutting forces.
