The ISCAR 4300519 is a replaceable tip milling shank in the Self-Grip series, designed to accept interchangeable milling tips in a rigid, precision-ground straight shank body. The shank measures 1.25 inches in diameter with a Drive-type shank interface and a neck diameter of 2.16 inches. Overall length is 2.36 inches. A Weldon flat is machined into the shank for positive rotational engagement with the toolholder, preventing tip slip under cutting loads. This shank is installed by machinists and toolroom technicians in CNC machining centers and manual milling applications requiring a modular tip-change system.

The 4300519 is intended for use with 1-1/4 inch shell mill arbors. The Self-Grip series uses a self-locking taper interface to secure compatible milling tips, including GM-DG, SGSA, and TGSF tip styles.
