The ISCAR 3398539 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for high-performance milling in demanding metal-cutting applications. With a 3/4 inch cutting diameter and five flutes, it delivers increased feed rates and superior surface finishes compared to standard four-flute tooling. The 2.25 inch length of cut supports slotting, profiling, and pocketing in a wide range of workpiece materials. A variable index flute geometry helps reduce chatter and harmonic vibration during aggressive cuts. Applied TiAlCN coating provides thermal resistance and extended tool life in ferrous and hardened materials.
