The ISCAR 3398259 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling operations in metalworking and machining applications. It features a 1/4 inch diameter with a 3/4 inch length of cut and a 2.5 inch overall length. The four-flute, right-hand cutting geometry with a 38-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation and stable cutting performance. A TiAlCN coating increases surface hardness and heat resistance, extending tool life in demanding cuts. The submicron carbide grade provides toughness and wear resistance suited for high-feed roughing and finishing passes.
