The ISCAR 3380565 is a solid carbide replaceable drill tip designed for high-performance hole making in metalworking applications. Part of the HCP-IQ series, this tip carries a 1.25-inch (31.75 mm) cutting diameter and is manufactured to the IC908 submicron carbide grade. A TiAlN coating applied via PVD process improves wear resistance and thermal stability at the cutting edge. The 137-degree drill point angle and self-centering point geometry reduce wandering at entry, while the web-thinned design lowers thrust force requirements. Two helical flutes promote chip evacuation throughout the cut. This tip is installed by machinists and toolroom technicians in production drilling operations.

Installation Notes
