The ISCAR 3260104 is a replaceable-tip drill body from the SumoCham series, designed for holemaking operations in metal cutting applications. The drill body accepts ICK, ICM, and ICP style inserts at insert seat size 26, allowing the cutting tip to be swapped without removing the holder from the machine. It covers a drilling diameter range of 1.024 to 1.059 inches with a maximum drill depth of 3.07 inches, representing a 3xD depth-to-diameter ratio. The DCN-style toolholder body measures 4.7 inches in body length and 7.06 inches overall, with through-coolant capability to flush chips and manage heat at the cutting zone. Follow the toolholder manufacturer torque guidance for the drive screw and inspect the insert seat for debris or wear at each tip change.
